CFL Week 11 Predictions

Thursday, August 24, 2006 12:08 PM

We've got three games on the slate for this week:

Montreal over Calgary
Sure Montreal is on a two game losing streak, but that ends tonight. Mathews is a winning coach, and he has another winning team...neither will take the two game losing streak as acceptable, and a three game streak is out of the question. Calgary is a great team though, but I think emotion will win out in this one.

Toronto over Winnipeg
Healthy Damon Allen, John Avery, and a whole lotta confidence.
Injured starting QB, injured Milt Stegall, horrible backup QB's.
Who would YOU put money on? Exactly.

Hamilton over Sask
I know, I know...this one is risky. But seriously...Roy Shivers getting the shaft was the worst move for this team at this time. So you win a game, then fire the GM?! What message is that sending?! So winning doesn't guarantee a job? What message is this sending to the coaches, who have already made comments about how bad this is? Horrible. And as horrible as Hamilton is, they should capitalize on it.

Enjoy the games!
