News Brandy Favilla is currently the Community Engagement Manager at New Horizons of Minnesota ( In this position, she helps people define and build their careers through educational events. User Groups
Quarterly user groups meet in February, May, and August and culminate at our annual two-day Summit each year in November. Features of our user group are:
  • Customer Spotlight
  • Large group discussions on specific topics
  • Lunch and networking
  • Technical breakout sessions and roundtable discussions
Users come together one a month for two-hour hands-on trainings provided by consultants on our CRM team.

CRM Net(work) members participate in discussion forums, blogs, news, and job postings in a private group on LinkedIn.
